Service Delivery model	Carry-in where XTPL has Service Centres (SVC). Pick up & drop where no SVC is present. (The SVCs, with address, contact number and google map directions are displayed on website)
Warranty TAT - Carry-in (From Date of receiving device at service centre)	0-5 Business Days (If part not used) 5-8 Business Days (If part used) 9-10 Business Days (refund Cases)
Warranty TAT - Pickup & Drop Service (From Warranty claim Date/ Call log date from Customer)	0-7 Business Days (If part not used) 8-10 Business Days (If part used) 10-12 Business Days (refund Cases)
