Service Delivery model
  • Carry-in where XTPL has Service Centres (SVC).   Pick up & drop where no SVC is present. (The SVCs, with address, contact number and google map directions are displayed on website)
Warranty TAT - Carry-in (From Date of receiving device at service centre)
Warranty TAT - Pickup & Drop Service (From Warranty claim Date/ Call log date from Customer)
