Replacement Policy

  • Devices once purchased cannot be returned.
  • Order will be confirmed only if the payment is received and verified.
  • DOA can be raised within 2 business days from the date of receipt of device.
  • Incase DOA is approved, Replacement/Credit Note will be issued, and NO REFUND will be provided.
  • The exchange and replacement will be subject to availability of the stock, if applicable.
  • All software versions & updates will be basis Brand Policy & guidelines. Xtracover is not responsible for any such guidelines or policy changes by the Brands.
