Replacement Policy
- Devices once purchased cannot be returned.
- Order will be confirmed only if the payment is received and verified.
- DOA can be raised within 2 business days from the date of receipt of device.
- Incase DOA is approved, Replacement/Credit Note will be issued, and NO REFUND will be provided.
- The exchange and replacement will be subject to availability of the stock, if applicable.
- All software versions & updates will be basis Brand Policy & guidelines. Xtracover is not responsible for any such guidelines or policy changes by the Brands.
